About

Success as a writer depends on more than writing talent and luck (although both are very helpful). Today, anyone can be a published writer.  You can put a few words on paper, send the pages off to a printer and become a published author. That may meet your goal and give you a few books to pass out to family and friends.  But, if you want a writing career, if you want to see your book on the shelf at your local bookstore, if you want to sell your book, then repeat the process for a second, third, and subsequent books, you need to follow intentional steps to get the project from pen to print.

You may have never considered before the importance of setting goals, developing a business plan, targeting specific editors and agents, belonging to a critique group, or using a storyboard.  We can help you with these steps as well as creating and refining your pitch, high concept and marketing blurb.

If you are a serious writer, we can help you develop a marketing plan for your book,  master the difference between fiction and nonfiction proposals, learn how to put together a professional package for your project, target appropriate editors/agents, publish your book via traditional or POD routes, and empower you through every stage of the process of bringing a book to print.

Success as a writer depends on writing talent and luck, perseverance and hard work.  But, mostly, success depends on you!
